Feeding tips before and after physical training

Before training

You need to include foods fuel your body before a workout is very similar to refueling your car before driving for a long journey. The health professionals suggest you should eat moderate protein, high carbohydrate, so low-fat foods before exercise. Here are some options:

     - Oatmeal with fruit and skim milk
     - water


Water is the most important consumption before and during the workout drink. Health experts recommend that water should be consumed even before you feel thirsty. This is the right way you can maintain hydration during exercise. Consuming enough water can lead to greater productivity, you will feel fresh and motivated to do.
